Letters from Buyers
Dear Bart,

The other night I was sitting out back and listening to the birds singing and watching Alex play "pirates" with a new friend. As I was relaxing, I realized we are in a "better place" as you had mentioned so many times before. We deeply appreciate all your patience you had with us. WE LOVE OUR HOME!
Also, thank you so much for the dryer, it works great. We really can't express our feelings in words of all your professionalism and patience you showed to find us the perfect home.

Dear Bart,

Hilda and I would like to thank you for your help relocating to this area. Your knowledge of the area plus the dedication you showed to our finding the home we wanted to live in went far above and beyond what the average real estate agent would bother.
Also the suggestions you made during the designing of our house were invaluable and we do not know what we would have done without your ideas. Should we be able to return some of the favors you have us to call.

With Sincere thanks,
Hilda and Bill Baker

To Whom It May Concern:

It was Monday, November 13, and I decided to buy a house. This was not an impulsive decision. I knew the financial benefits of owning over renting, especially since I had been giving my money to various landlords for over six years. I also knew my rent was in the ballpark of a mortgage payment. I had been seriously weighing the other pros and cons for about three years. Renting didn't seem so bad when my mother was unexpectedly stuck with the burden of keeping up a brick-ranch on her own. She lived in this home for 17 years, and when it was just her and the house, it seemed to turn on her. The hot water heater burst. Moisture damage was found in joists under the house. The new windows from just a few years ago began to fog up, and the company had gone out of business. Then there was the yard; 1/3 of an acre doesn't should like a lot does it? Funny how you get a different perspective from the back of a push mower in July.
I decided to put off my purchase for a couple of years. Then one day, as I was climbing the stairs to my third floor apartment, something told me the time had come. Now what? How much "house" could I afford? I checked around for references for a loan officer and found a terrific one. Ok, I was pre-qualified. So, the questions arouse, since I'm not selling a house and have only a month-to-month lease to consider, do I want to work with a realtor? I asked my loan officer for a recommendation, and the first person he recommended was Bart Hope. Bart answered his phone the first time I called. We arranged to meet, and he found out what I had in mind so he could have something for us to start with right away. When I arrived at the office, Bart was more than prepared. He had more than information to share, he had knowledge and experience. I knew he was a real estate professional who took his job very seriously, and just genuinely seemed to like helping people. I needed help, and by the end of that first meeting, I knew Bart could help me. The next time we met, we went and looked at houses, 12 to be exact. Granted, some we just drove by, but I trusted his knowledge of the market and neighborhoods. This was mid-November, and by early December, I had a contract. Bart was VERY patient and took the time to explain every document I was signing. I took his advice on the home inspector and closing company, and those steps occurred without a hitch. The things I didn't need his advice about did not turn out so well, but he helped me fix them without so much as an "I told you so."
The bottom line is that I am a single, 28-year old, female homeowner, thanks to Bart. I can not say how many questions he patiently provided candid, accurate answers to. He knew my most cause for concern was finding a house with minimal upkeep; one I could take care of, but still enjoy coming home to, and in a neighborhood where I'd feel secure. He helped me find it, and guided me, seemingly effortlessly through all the processes to buy it. He did not just move on to the client afterwards. I have been in my new home for a month, and Bart is still providing valuable advice and insight on the little things that tend to come up. Thank you doesn't seem to begin to say enough for the regret-free, peace of mind he's left me with. Bart is clever, savvy, resourceful and efficient. He is a superb listener and communicates with his clients in an open, honest, up front fashion. Bart loves helping people find homes they love, and I want to recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

Hi Bart,

We love our new home! Just a note to tell you that we appreciate the work you've done with us. Although we know it's your job, it's really nice to work with just down right "good folk". Your "extra" expertise in all facts of a house was an added comfort.

Thanks!

To Whom It May Concern,

My wife and I first met Bart at an open house and were so impressed by his knowledge of the area and his professionalism that we asked him to help us find our first home. His hard work and dedication helped us find the house that met our needs. I consider Bart "my" realtor and intend to use his services in all future transactions.
